A series of sessions held most Thursdays, starting on 17 September 2026.

Following the popular ETMD Education Programmes for practitioners and paralegals the EUIPO has launched new IP training sessions designed to provide more foundational intellectual property knowledge and to reach a broader audience.

All sessions are delivered online, free of charge, and will be open to all interested participants, with a maximum capacity of 300 attendees per session. The first of these sessions will take place on 17 September 2026. Participants who successfully attend all Short IP training sessions over two consecutive years, will be awarded a certificate of completion, but you can also pick and choose individual sessions to meet your needs and interests.
