The webinar will be presented by Johan Dedeckel from the IP law firm Calysta. Johan is a highly sought-after speaker and a qualified Benelux & EU Trademark & Design Attorney with over 25 years of experience. He specializes in the full lifecycle of IP rights - from creation and registration to monetization and enforcement- and is among others a lecturer at the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BMM) both for paralegals and trademark attorneys.

During this session, Johan will offer practical insights into the new EU Design Package, analyzing his own practical issues of the past and showing opportunities to insert some improvements into your own practice.
