EPIPA's Observer Status at WIPO

In 2024, EPIPA was granted observer status at WIPO. This means that EPIPA is included in the list of international non-governmental organizations that are invited to attend the meetings of Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO and of the Unions administered by the WIPO, as an observer.

Moreover, EPIPA is also invited to attend, as an observer, the meetings of the Standing Committees and other committees of WIPO if their subject matter appears to be of direct interest to EPIPA’s members.

As an observer, EPIPA is invited to meetings and is allowed to request the floor.

We are thankful that WIPO offers us an opportunity to present our views and concerns and thereby contribute to the user-friendliness of WIPO’s systems.
